Parmesan Coated Turkey Breast
In a bowl beat the 2 eggs. In another bowl mix the bread crumbs and parmesan cheese. One at a time, dip each piece of meat in the egg then the crumb mixture then cook on a sprayed pan on medium heat until the outside is brown and cooked. Then take off and put on a baking sheet and bake on 350 until the inside is done (about 15-20 minutes)

- 1 cup panko bread crumbs
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup parmesan cheese
